The weather had been good all week and Harstad was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hoping Lion found a gap and took the lead. Venice Amo followed before Nybrink Magpie.




Venice Amo saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Venice Amo clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Hoping Lion was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Venice Amo today. It continued in the lead.



Venice Amo were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Winner of todays race was Venice Amo. Hoping Lion came in second. Nybrink Magpie became third.
