The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Turning Runaway. Lone Lieutenant ended up behind the leader. Roselia got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Wondering Galaxy suddenly started to galop. Conrad Lugauer had to struggle to get Wondering Galaxy to tror again and succeded after 50 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Wall Breaker sprinted to the front.




Turning Runaway took the lead after 1000m. Lone Lieutenant didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Wall Breaker was disturbed and galoped 40 m.



Lone Lieutenant took the lead after 1000m. Roselia didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Turning Runaway galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Roselia sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
