The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Rättvik this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tricky Flower tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Couture that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Betula Luminifera looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Stretching Blossom couldn't come out from behind the leader, Couture.




Couture was still in the lead after 1500m. Betula Luminifera galloped for 30 m.



Pamela Andersson was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Couture sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Tricky Flower sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
