One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Dorso En Comercio tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Clair De Lune that came steaming ahead. Flaming Queen galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.

Clair De Lune was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

By The Way looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

By The Way sat safely in the lead after 2000m.

By The Way were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Dorso En Comercio sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
