One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Gorgeous Girl was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. This is the positions after 500m. Floating Sun, Exotic Cupcake, Liebe Dich, Gorgeous Girl, Glorious Rose, , , . Floating Sun clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Liebe Dich showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Exotic Cupcake looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Gorgeous Girl put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Gorgeous Girl looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Gorgeous Girl kept the speed the whole finish and won before Floating Sun and Exotic Cupcake. Results
