One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Ticking Midnight. Modestine ended up behind the leader. Blushing Garden got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Modestine saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Modestine today. It continued in the lead.



Blushing Garden speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Blushing Garden galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Ticking Midnight sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
