One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Carlos High Five was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Svetla Zmaga was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. Trudel Opal suddenly started to galop. Kim Eriksson had to struggle to get Trudel Opal to tror again and succeded after 40 m.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and Glittering Cupcake sprinted to the front.
