One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Close Stereo was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Keskiyö Haaveilla was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Focused Titan looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Hovi-ari couldn't come out from behind the leader, Tempting Wardrobe. Ojsan Arktisk Kyla was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Close Legend suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Tempting Wardrobe followed by Close Stereo and Yksin Kotona. Lane two Hovi-ari followed by Focused Titan and Ojsan Arktisk Kyla.



Tempting Wardrobe kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Focused Titan never caught up with Close Stereo who won. Hovi-ari came third.
