The sun was shining on Lindesberg and it was a perfect day for trotting. The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Sir Malkin. Penny ended up behind the leader. Happy Hero got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Richard L Jansson wanted a little to much in the start and Sir Malkin galoped for 20 m. Sir Malkin was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Happy Hero looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Penny couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sir Malkin. Sir Malkin was still in the lead after 1500m. Sir Malkin sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Sir Malkin showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Happy Hero suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. Sir Malkin galopped for 40 m on the homestretch. Penny never caught up with Happy Hero who won. Sir Malkin came third. Results
