One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Passionate Stardust could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Passionate Stardust was in fine shape and held the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Back Flip took the lead rather easily. Back Flip galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Passionate Stardust accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Passionate Stardust was still in the lead after 2000m.



Passionate Stardust sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Passionate Stardust kept the speed the whole finish and won before Back Flip and Opstille.
