The weather had been good all week and Solvalla was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stifling Dreamcatcher could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Carlos Geisha saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Ailema Ameste who started to galop and lost 30 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Carlos Geisha followed by Moving Tiger and Chadman Drumstick. Lane two Choir Amour followed by Stifling Dreamcatcher and Ticking Midnight.



Carlos Geisha looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Ticking Midnight made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Thoreaus Law.
