One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Moving Play found a gap and took the lead. Suzannah followed before For Good. Grasping Love was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

Brave Admiral quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Suzannah started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Meanwhile took the lead after 1000m. Late Bloomer didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Meanwhile today. It continued in the lead.

Meanwhile were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

No-one could catch Meanwhile today who won before Brave Admiral and Late Bloomer.
