One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Delirium took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Assortimento Campioni sprinted to the front.




Go For Europe sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Go For Europe was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Limpopo gallopped for 50 m.




Go For Europe kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.




Go For Europe seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead. Hjerte was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



Go For Europe looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Go For Europe kept the speed the whole finish and won before Delirium and Hjerte.
