Only a humble breeze blew over Gävle this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Narkissos Star was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Thatcher saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Q Opal took the lead after 1000m. Vlug Uitvoering didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Paty looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Vlug Uitvoering litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Narkissos Star made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Q Opal.
