One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Very Magpie was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Shooting Force started to galop and lost 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Naar De Lucht sprinted to the front. Fast Runner started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Okinawa Hof was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Naar De Lucht was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Counterfeit Lovebreaker gallopped for 50 m.




Naar De Lucht sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Naar De Lucht kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Phony Falcon sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
