One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dead Wood could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 10 m. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Sonne Brilliant looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Erzählen Mir couldn't come out from behind the leader, Dead Wood. Monet Placé was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Dead Wood today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 10 m. Unknown galloped for 50 m.



Sonne Brilliant suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Sonne Brilliant didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
