Only a humble breeze blew over Mantorp this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rugged Sword took the lead after a very quick start. Money On Demand suddenly started to galop. Örjan Kihlström had to struggle to get Money On Demand to tror again and succeded after 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Pas De Secrète, Sleepless Freak, Money On Demand, King Gold, Bright Future, Rugged Sword, Fruitcake, Confident Play.




Bright Future sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Bright Future followed by Rugged Sword and Money On Demand. Lane two Sleepless Freak followed by Fruitcake and Pas De Secrète. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Confident Play gallopped for 40 m.



With only a little left of the race King Gold galoped for 40 m. Bright Future looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Moving Platinum was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Rugged Sword galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Bright Future kept the speed the whole finish and won before Sleepless Freak and Fruitcake.
