It had been raining for several days at Hoting but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Modest Sunflower tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Insane Cookie that came steaming ahead.




Dancing Breath saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Dancing Breath was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Mango Girl galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Dancing Breath today. It continued in the lead.




Dancing Breath didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Dancing Breath were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Insane Mistress made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Modest Sunflower.
