The weather had been good all week and Eskilstuna was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Klarblå Opal took the lead after a very quick start.

Beniamino took the lead after 1000m. Castor Filimaris Cherry didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Beniamino was still in the lead after 1500m.



Beniamino looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Surgubbe won the race after a spectacular finish.
