The weather had been good all week and Mantorp was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Thai Gear took the lead after a very quick start. driver couldn't keep Giant Rookie to trotting so they were disqualified.

Limpopo clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Clever Mountain was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Thai Gear looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Limpopo was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Thai Gear sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Thai Gear was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Grasping Cake galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Confident Speed won the race after a spectacular finish.
