The sun was shining on Bjerke and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Punching Boulder took the lead after a very quick start.

Peace On Earth saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Running Wind was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

By The Way took the lead after 1000m. Steel Missile didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Steel Missile looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

With only a little left of the race Running Wind galoped for 10 m. By The Way was first on the homestretch followed by Steel Missile and Punching Boulder.

Tranquil Moment showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Punching Boulder made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Steel Missile.
