One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Genghis Pond. Rose Red ended up behind the leader. Shailaja got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 10 m. Honourable Asteroid was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




Honourable Asteroid saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Rose Red sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Rose Red was still in the lead after 1500m. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Rose Red kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Rose Red didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
