One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Lucky Dream could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Perfect Spice galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Playing Stardust suddenly started to galop. Kristian Lindberg had to struggle to get Playing Stardust to tror again and succeded after 30 m.
Shooting Hero quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
The leader got disturbed by something and Tripaldelli took the lead rather easily.
Shooting Hero looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.
Shooting Hero kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
