One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Vernik sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Vernik was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Devine Dancer saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Cunning Tank who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Devine Dancer clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Crucq galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Devine Dancer today. It continued in the lead.




Devine Dancer didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.




Devine Dancer seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead.



Devine Dancer were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
