It had been raining for several days at Åmål but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were
Fair
Autumn.
Domino ended up behind the leader.
Alligator got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Prêt À Étendre galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Solo Effort suddenly started to galop. Tom Horpestad had to struggle to get Solo Effort to tror again and succeded after 50 m.
Solo Effort saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Old
Mind showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Fair
Autumn galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.
Domino galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.
Solo Effort was still in the lead after 1500m.
Domino galloped for 40 m.

Autumn galloped for 50 m.

Mind showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Solo Effort sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Alligator sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
