One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Confident Motor could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Poincon Express galloped way to long and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Funky Blossom, Grand Slam, Bianco Colomba, Advanced Scope, Rebellious Paradigm, Confident Motor, Slow Striker, Pointing Biscuit.




Grand Slam took the lead after 1000m. Funky Blossom didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Poincon Express galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Grand Slam followed by Bianco Colomba and Slow Striker. Lane two Confident Motor followed by Funky Blossom and Rebellious Paradigm. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Poincon Express gallopped for 50 m.




Grand Slam kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Advanced Scope gallopped 20 m after 2000m.



Funky Blossom litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Grand Slam never caught up with Funky Blossom who won. Confident Motor came third.
