One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Modest Starshine could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

The leader got disturbed by something and Modest Wind took the lead rather easily.




Modest Wind was still in the lead after 1500m.



Wandering Sugar litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Wandering Sugar today who won before Modest Starshine and Rolling Dancer.
