The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Flickering Rhapsody sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Johan A Nilsson wanted a little to much in the start and Lonnell galoped for 30 m.




Garibaldi saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Garibaldi followed by Take The Gap and A Holy Quest. Lane two Lonnell followed by Flickering Rhapsody and Snowy Plan. Something caused a disturbance in the field and A Holy Quest gallopped for 30 m.



Take The Gap was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Garibaldi were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Garibaldi galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Take The Gap sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
