Start List
Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Vaggeryd track was in top-condition. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Loving Witch was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. This is the positions after 500m. Moonlight Wind, Carlos Geisha, Ødegaard The Man, Tropical Brightness, Volvoette, Nightingale Hof, Mumbai Superior, Loving Witch. The leader got disturbed by something and Ødegaard The Man took the lead rather easily. Moonlight Wind was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Ødegaard The Man was still in the lead after 1500m. Volvoette put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Moonlight Wind was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Volvoette looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Volvoette didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
