The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Lightning Ball sprinted to the front.

Lucky Man took the lead after 1000m. Postcard From Montreal didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Lightning Ball suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Listening Stereo showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Lucky Man followed by Walking Legend and Postcard From Montreal. Lane two Zut Alors followed by Sad Architecture and Lass Wilma.

Lucky Man kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Lucky Man kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Lucky Man didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
