One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sliding Box tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Fantastic Pegasos that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Fighting Action, K.f. Palema, Baba Kool, Starstruck Fall, Sliding Box, Helle Zeiten, Zizu, Fantastic Pegasos. Nangilima Superior was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Baba Kool looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that K.f. Palema couldn't come out from behind the leader, Fighting Action.



Fighting Action looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Baba Kool couldn't come out from behind the leader, Zizu.






Zizu didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
