The sun was shining on Bjerke and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Very Magpie found a gap and took the lead. Wigwam followed before Frozen Snake.




Strong Architecture quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Windy Blossom who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Frozen Snake took the lead after 1000m. Very Magpie didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Frozen Snake today. It continued in the lead.



Very Magpie suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Tojex galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Swift River won the race after a spectacular finish.
