The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Musical Performer took the lead after a very quick start.

This is the positions after 500m. Oven På Give Ild, Transformed Into Gold, Nothing Else Matters, Musical Performer, Silent Move, Some Say God, Running Sky, Og To Gange. Frozen Daffodil was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Transformed Into Gold sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Frozen Daffodil accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Frozen Daffodil were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Frozen Daffodil galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Nothing Else Matters made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Musical Performer.
