The weather had been good all week and Rättvik was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Chocolate Fontain was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Calming Piece quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Polished Gentleman who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Hear Us March sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Chocolate Fontain looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Iñaki galoped for 20 m. Chocolate Fontain looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Hear Us March won. Narkissos Park came in second. Chocolate Fontain caught third place.
