The sun was shining on Lieksa and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stretching Blossom was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Nessla Fiesta was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




Arabella saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Arabella clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Arabella today. It continued in the lead.



Stretching Blossom was first on the homestretch followed by Arabella and Nessla Fiesta.






Stretching Blossom sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
