One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nectarine tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Light And Sound that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Light And Sound clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Light And Sound today. It continued in the lead.




Light And Sound kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Light And Sound looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Light And Sound kept the speed the whole finish and won before Christmas Surprise and Nectarine.
