One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dancing Cake found a gap and took the lead. Mon Ami followed before Julienne.




Silly Whirlwind quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Julienne galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Silly Whirlwind followed by Electric Venus and Tranquil Cake. Lane two Mon Ami followed by Dancing Cake and Julienne. Julienne galloped for 40 m.




Mon Ami seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Silly Whirlwind gallopped 10 m after 2000m.



Electric Venus suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Mon Ami sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
