It had been raining for several days at Rättvik but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Pardon Me could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Sören Eriksson wanted a little to much in the start and Happy Sky galoped for 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Moonlight Sunray sprinted to the front.

The leader got disturbed by something and Pardon Me took the lead rather easily.

Suivi Nuages looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Suivi Nuages was still in the lead after 2000m. Moonlight Sunray gallopped 40 m after 2000m.

Suivi Nuages were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Lonely Sky galoped way to long and was disqualified. Happy Sky galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

Pardon Me sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
