One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Magic Lilac sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Redemtion C.C. sprinted to the front.




Funky Bouquet took the lead after 1000m. Redemtion C.C. didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Redemtion C.C. looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Redemtion C.C. kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Redemtion C.C. sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Handy Bear won. Funky Bouquet came in second. Magic Lilac caught third place.
