The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Eskilstuna this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Pinky Rebel found a gap and took the lead. Running Boomerang followed before Thinking Cube.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Kill Em With Kindness started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Whispering Knockout who started to galop and lost 30 m.

Perle D'or took the lead after 1000m. Pinky Rebel didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Perle D'or followed by Rational Map and Thinking Cube. Lane two Pinky Rebel followed by Running Boomerang and Whispering Knockout.

Perle D'or were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Whispering Knockout galop. Whispering Knockout lost 30 m.

Pinky Rebel made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Perle D'or.
