One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Rational Fist was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Speedy Play sprinted to the front. The leader got disturbed by something and Outspoken Pirate took the lead rather easily. Good Looking Momentum was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Outspoken Pirate was still in the lead after 1500m. Good Looking Momentum showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Outspoken Pirate kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Outspoken Pirate didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
