The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Bjerke this day. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Shy Asteroid. Jolly Drama ended up behind the leader. Perrine got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Shy Asteroid was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Cheerful Paladin saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Cheerful Paladin clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Perrine looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Jolly Drama speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Shy Asteroid sprinted over the finishline before Jolly Drama and Perrine. Results
