It had been raining for several days at Mikkeli but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Goofy Passion tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Funky Lady that came steaming ahead. driver couldn't keep Ticking Angel to trotting so they were disqualified.




Stopping Hope quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Goofy Passion galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Stopping Hope clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Per Favore looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Crossing Meadow suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Winner of todays race was Crossing Meadow. Loyal Star came in second. Funky Lady became third.
