One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Elisabetta found a gap and took the lead. Souvenir De Amour followed before Oolong.




Souvenir De Amour quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Souvenir De Amour clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Souvenir De Amour followed by Elisabetta and Alice. Lane two Oolong followed by Steel Rocket and Denisse.




Souvenir De Amour didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Souvenir De Amour sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Elisabetta won. Souvenir De Amour came in second. Steel Rocket caught third place.
