The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Sleepy Gold sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Space Glory showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Space Glory who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Spring Dream looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Odilon couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sleepy Gold.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sleepy Gold followed by Odilon and Lord Loch. Lane two Spring Dream followed by Perfect Flame and Stopping Bullet. Space Glory started to gallop after 1500m and Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Sleepy Gold sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Perfect Flame galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Sleepy Gold didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
