One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stopping Electra was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Kyoto Hof started to galop and lost 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Ride The Sky, Gold Pringles, Wolly Breeze, Stopping Electra, Gold Dreamcatcher, Crossing Spring, Kyoto Hof, .




Wolly Breeze looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Gold Pringles couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ride The Sky.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ride The Sky followed by Gold Pringles and Crossing Spring. Lane two Wolly Breeze followed by Stopping Electra and Gold Dreamcatcher.




Ride The Sky was still in the lead after 2000m.



Ride The Sky looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Stopping Electra made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Gold Dreamcatcher.
