One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wimpy Godiva was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Silke saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Silke today. It continued in the lead.



Silke looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
