The sun was shining on Rättvik and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Gold Superstition. Three Thousand And Five ended up behind the leader. Passionate Star got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Jan Ove Olsen wanted a little to much in the start and Three Thousand And Five galoped for 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Passionate Star, Gold Superstition, Melanchoky, Dirkshorn, Three Thousand And Five, , , . Three Thousand And Five galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Passionate Star clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Melanchoky saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Melanchoky were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Passionate Star made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Gold Superstition.
