One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Admiral
Bandwith found a gap and took the lead.
Falling
Wardrobe followed before
Money Management. When the startcar left the field Admiral
Bandwith started to galop and lost 10 m. Cato Antonsen wanted a little to much in the start and Giant Dream galoped for 50 m.
Rotan saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Steel
Valley started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Admiral
Bandwith sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.
Darling Delight saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.
Make A Fortune was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.
Powerful
Moment was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. With only a little left of the race
Feel My Power galoped for 50 m.
Rotan suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.
Eirik Høitomt tried a little too much on the homestretch and
Make A Fortune started to galopp and lost 20 m.
Money Management made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before
Admiral
Bandwith.
