One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ravanelli Pegasos could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Alias quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Viens Véritable took the lead after 1000m. Ravanelli Pegasos didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Viens Véritable was still in the lead after 1500m.




Ravanelli Pegasos seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Viens Véritable litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Ravanelli Pegasos never caught up with Viens Véritable who won. Galant Hoff came third.
